Marketing Director — BLISS Car Wash

Location / Department / Reports to

Las Vegas, Nevada (with regular work supporting our California locations) | Marketing | Reports to the Vice President of Operations

BLISS Car Wash is growing fast, and we're looking for a Marketing Director with big energy and bold ideas who will put our brand everywhere our guests are. This is not a desk-only role. You'll be out in the community, on our sites, at events, and in front of partners and media, representing a brand built on exceptional guest experiences.

Duties

The growth engine: marketing strategies that measurably increase brand awareness, Unlimited Membership sales, and year-over-year revenue across all BLISS locations in Nevada and California
Three teams: Marketing, Social Media, and Guest Services. You'll coach and develop them daily, including direct oversight of the Guest Services Manager and the KPIs that matter most: email, text, phone, and voicemail response times, guest satisfaction, and issue resolution
Social media: content strategy, campaigns, and brand messaging that grow our audience and strengthen the BLISS voice
Grand openings and local marketing. You'll lead every launch and local initiative, turning new locations into neighborhood events
Creative promotions and campaigns that build brand recognition and drive sales
Community relationships: nonprofits, schools, chambers of commerce, and local partners. You'll represent BLISS at community events and connect naturally with people from every walk of life
Budgets, vendors, and agency relationships, including evaluating outside vendors for AI-driven marketing tools, SEO, social media, creative, and media buying. You know enough to tell real capability from a good pitch
Marketing analytics and campaign performance. If something isn't working, you'll know first and fix it fast
Online reputation management, including guest reviews and brand reputation across every platform
A close partnership with Operations. You'll work hand-in-hand with the VP of Operations and site leadership, so marketing and the guest experience stay connected, and collaborate with Executive Leadership to drive company growth
Cross-state execution: adapting campaigns and community programs for our California markets, with regular travel to those locations

Requirements

Five or more years of progressive marketing leadership experience, including leading high-performing teams
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred
A strong command of branding, digital marketing, customer engagement, and local marketing, including hands-on fluency with social platforms, SEO, paid media, analytics, and enough working knowledge of AI marketing tools to vet vendors and challenge agencies
Experience planning grand openings and multi-location marketing initiatives
High energy and real presence. You thrive at events, build relationships naturally, and relate well to people of every background
Polished, professional presence representing the brand with guests, media, and community partners
Availability for evening and weekend events as needed, regular travel to California locations, and a valid driver's license, all with or without reasonable accommodation
Car wash industry experience is helpful but not required. If you've built brands in hospitality, retail, restaurants, franchising, fitness, automotive services, or other consumer-focused industries, we encourage you to apply.
