About The Role

As the Office Operations Manager within our OPERATION DIVISION, you will oversee the day-to-day functions that keep our workplace running smoothly and efficiently. Drawing on your experience, you will coordinate administrative workflows, manage office resources, and support cross-functional teams to ensure a well-organized, professional, and productive environment. This hourly, part-time position is ideal for a detail-oriented, hands-on professional who can balance operational oversight with a willingness to step in and solve problems as they arise. You will play a key role in maintaining operational standards, improving processes, and supporting both leadership and staff in achieving their goals.

What You'll Do

Oversee daily office operations to ensure a professional, organized, and efficient work environment.
Coordinate and manage office administrative processes, including scheduling, record-keeping, and document management.
Monitor and maintain office supplies, equipment, and facilities, including vendor coordination and service requests.
Support the OPERATION DIVISION leadership with operational reporting, basic data tracking, and status updates.
Assist in the development and implementation of office policies, procedures, and standard operating practices.
Coordinate meeting logistics, including room bookings, technology setup, and distribution of materials.
Serve as a primary point of contact for staff office needs, questions, and minor issue resolution.
Collaborate with HR or People Operations on onboarding logistics for new hires (workstations, access, materials).
Help ensure compliance with health, safety, and security guidelines within the office environment.
Identify opportunities for improving operational efficiency and recommend practical process improvements.
Support basic budgeting and expense-tracking activities related to office operations and supplies.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to support special projects and operational initiatives as needed.

Qualifications

Minimum of 4 years of experience in office management, operations, or a related administrative role.
Proven ability to manage day-to-day office operations in a professional environment.
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Proficiency with common office software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Office or Google Workspace, email, calendars).
Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound, practical decisions independently.
Experience coordinating with vendors, service providers, and internal stakeholders.
High level of attention to detail and accuracy in administrative work and record-keeping.
Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
Comfort working in an hourly, part-time role with the flexibility to adjust to changing operational needs.
