Job Summary
Are you a bilingual communicator who thrives in dynamic, active environments? We are looking for an engaging Bilingual French/English Instructor to teach practical French language skills to our front-line operators directly on the floor while they work.

Forget traditional lectures and textbooks—this role is about real-time, context-based micro-learning. You will work alongside our operational team, teaching actionable, workplace-specific French in a hands-on environment to improve safety, communication, and team cohesion.

Responsibilities

Design and develop comprehensive instructional materials tailored to adult learners’ needs and learning styles
Deliver engaging in-person French lessons.
Adapt instructional strategies to accommodate students with diverse cultural backgrounds, special education needs.
Provide coaching and mentorship to fellow managers, sharing best practices
Assess student progress regularly through evaluations, feedback sessions, and formative assessments
Foster an inclusive on the job environment that encourages active participation and language practice

Requirements

Proven experience teaching French as a second language or in adult education settings
Strong knowledge of curriculum development, instructional materials creation, and lesson planning
Familiarity with LMS platforms and learning technology tools for online instruction
Excellent communication skills in English and French
Ability to adapt teaching methods to various learning styles, including working with students from diverse cultural backgrounds
Experience in tutoring, or instructional
Demonstrated ability to work effectively with students of different ages, backgrounds, and learning abilities
Strong writing skills for creating instructional content and assessments
