Full Job Description

Overview

Join our dynamic Hilton Grand Vacations team as a Talent Acquisition Specialist and become a vital driver in attracting, engaging, and securing top talent for our Call Center Sales Teams. In this energetic role, you will lead end-to-end recruitment processes, leverage innovative sourcing strategies, and build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers alike. This is a high volume role onsite. Your expertise will help shape the future of our organization by ensuring we bring in the best talent to meet our growth and innovation goals. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in a fast-paced, collaborative environment committed to excellence in talent acquisition and recruitment.

This position will provide consultative guidance and support high-volume recruiting business operations. The role includes screening, interviewing, collecting pre-employment requirements, scheduling face-to-face interviews with hiring managers, and facilitating the new hire process. This is an on-site role in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Duties

Manage full cycle recruiting processes, from candidate sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a seamless experience for all stakeholders
Develop and implement creative talent sourcing strategies utilizing social media marketing (recruitment), HR sourcing tools, and external recruiting channels to attract high-quality candidates
Conduct interviews with candidates across various levels, including technical recruiting and executive recruiting, assessing skills, cultural fit, and potential for growth
Negotiate employment offers with candidates, ensuring alignment with organizational policies and employment law in talent management
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, external agencies, educational institutions for campus recruitment, and industry networks to facilitate talent pipelines
Utilize talent management software such as Workday, Oracle, Taleo, or ATS systems to track candidate progress and generate recruitment analytics
Ensure compliance with HR legal requirements related to employment & labor law while managing candidate data within HR systems
Supports the Talent Acquisition team with various aspects of full-cycle recruitment (sourcing, screening, application/assessment collection, scheduling face-to-face interviews with hiring manager, initiating offers).
Follows the established recruitment process, develops recruitment plans for their designated business partners, employs traditional sourcing strategies and resources, and makes recommendations for innovative ways to attract and source top talent.
Assists with conducting/overseeing the processing of new hire background checks and drug screens as a backup to the Talent Acquisition Coordinator.
Coordinates registrations, interview space, logistics, and communications for on and off-site events
Assists with establishing relationships with relevant community partners, colleges, universities, and trade schools to support staffing needs

Requirements

This position requires you to be On-Site
2-3 years of experience in recruiting/staffing, conducting phone or in-person interviews, working in applicant tracking systems – previous Call/Contact center or other volume hiring experience preferred 
Proven experience in recruiting or human resources roles with a focus on high volume recruitment and full cycle recruiting processes
Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication skills to engage candidates effectively
Familiarity with HR systems like Workday, Oracle, Taleo, or similar ATS platforms for candidate tracking and reporting
Knowledge of employment law in talent management and HR legal compliance standards
Ability to source candidates through diverse channels including social media marketing (recruitment), cold calling, and external recruiting networks
Experience in High Volume recruiting or specialized fields such as sales is a plus
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently within fast-paced environments
Strong relationship management skills to foster collaboration across teams and external partners
