Inspiro Full-Time Boost Infinite Voice Call Center Agent: work from home in Nevada

Pay: $14.49/hr with an additional $2/hr Hours Worked Incentive (HWI)*

Hours of Operation: 7 days a week 5:00AM-9:00PM PST/ 7:00AM-11:00PM CST

Full Time Schedule: 40 hours per week with OT based on business needs and can fall anywhere within hours of operation.

Work Location: MUST RESIDE IN THE STATE OF NEVADA and meet minimum requirements listed below to perform the essential position functions.

Attendance/ Time Off: The first 90-Days of Employment are probationary; we typically do not allow any time off. All time off requests need to be submitted and approved through HR prior to starting employment.

Boost Wireless Support Team Members provide quality technical and customer service support, ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include resolving inquiries efficiently, assisting with billing and payments, analyzing call trends for improvement, communicating product value, and offering solutions to customer needs and technical challenges.

$2/hr Hours Worked Incentive (must work 72 hours in a pay period to be eligible).

Progressive PTO and Annual Cash Out: 1st year= 120 hours, 2nd year= 140 hours, 3rd year= 160 hours, 4+ years= 180 hours earned.
DAY ONE eligibility of 401k investment, with 3% match after 1 year.
Childcare Reimbursement up to $250 monthly after 90 days of employment.
$1000 Employee Referral Bonus with no cap: $300 paycheck after 30 days, $300 paycheck after 60 days, and $400 paycheck after 90 days.
$25 Internet Stipend per month after 60 days of employment.
2 paid “You Days”: one earned after 90 days and 120 days.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer Service: Provide professional and courteous customer service by answering incoming calls, addressing customer inquiries, and resolving issues or concerns promptly and effectively.

2. Call Handling: Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls while maintaining a positive and enthusiastic attitude. Follow call scripts and guidelines to ensure consistent and accurate communication.

3. Issue Resolution: Identify customer needs and concerns, troubleshoot problems, and find appropriate solutions. Escalate complex issues to supervisors or specialized departments when necessary.

4. Product Knowledge: Develop a comprehensive understanding of the products, services, and processes to assist customers effectively. Stay updated on company offerings, promotions, and policies.

5. Data Entry: Accurately enter and update customer information in the company's database. Maintain detailed and organized records of all interactions and transactions.

6. Documentation and Reporting: Prepare reports, summaries, and documentation of customer interactions, providing insights and recommendations for process improvements.

7. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with colleagues and supervisors to share knowledge, best practices, and strategies for delivering exceptional customer service. Foster a positive and supportive team environment.

8. Quality Assurance: Adhere to company guidelines and quality standards to ensure consistency, accuracy, and professionalism in all customer interactions.

9. Time Management: Effectively manage time and prioritize tasks to meet service level agreements and individual performance targets.

10. Continuous Learning: Stay updated on industry trends, customer service techniques, and product knowledge through training sessions, workshops, and self-study.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Proficiency in using call center software and other relevant computer applications.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Ability to handle customer complaints or difficult situations calmly and professionally.
Flexibility to work in a rotating shift schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
Minimum 28 WPM typing speed

Technical Requirements: We provide PC, Keyboard, Mouse, Headset, and all PC cabling to work from home., but agent must have the below prerequisites. WE DO NOT PROVIDE ETHERNET CABLING, AGENT MUST PROVIDE THEIR OWN CAT6 CABLE OR HIGHER.

Home Internet

Cable, DSL, or Fiber ISP – satellite and fixed wireless are not supported
Stable internet connection with no packet loss
Wired Ethernet cable (CAT6 OR HIGHER) between modem and PC without use of an adapter: Wi-Fi / wireless is not supported
Minimum internet speeds: Download 40 Mbps, Upload 5 Mbps, Ping 80 Mbps or less
DISH prefers that At Home agents do not have bandwidth or data caps on Internet usage (caps lower than 250GB are not recommended)

Home Environment and Work Space

Dedicated home office workspace, preferably a separate room with its own door
Agents are responsible for maintaining the workspace in a safe condition
Personal disruptions are not allowed during scheduled hours and should not be audible in background noise. This includes but not limited to: Children playing, Dogs barking, Loud music, Non-work-related phone calls, Door bells, Family members/roommates
You are scheduled on the phone throughout the entirety of your shift. It’s important to understand this job does not allow flexibility to answer the door or be on-call care for others during work hours
