Full Job Description

Beyond the Breakthrough Wellness is seeking a dedicated and experienced LCSW or LCMHC to provide clinical supervision and support to our growing team of mental health professionals throughout North Carolina.

*Doesn't require any clinical supervision or co-signatures for your documentation.*

This is a remote position offering flexibility while helping maintain high standards of clinical care and professional development within our telehealth practice.

This is an opportunity to be part of a supportive, client-centered environment focused on delivering high-quality mental health care. Our practice serves children, adolescents, adults, families, and couples. We are looking for clinicians who are passionate about helping clients achieve meaningful change.

Responsibilities:

Provide clinical supervision to associate level clinicians in accordance with North Carolina regulations.
Support clinicians with case consultation, treatment planning, and documentation as needed.
Review clinical documentation for quality and compliance.
Maintain accurate supervision records as required by licensing boards.
Provide individual, family, or group therapy
Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Collaborate with other professionals
Uphold ethical and professional standards

Qualifications

Active unrestricted state license (LCSW ) in North Carolina
Active unrestricted LCMHC
Master’s degree in social work from an accredited program.
Eligible to provide clinical supervision in NC.
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred

Experience with [trauma, anxiety, depression, couples, kids, etc.]
EMDR, CBT, or other specialized training
Bilingual is a plus

Position Details

Job Type: Full-time / Part-time
Schedule: Flexible / Evenings / Weekends optional
Location- Telehealth

Compensation:

This is a percentage-based compensation model. It depends on your caseload
60% Part Time-70% Full Time of collected claims. (Will be given time at higher rate to gain your caseload first)
