Full Job Description

What You'll Do

Review, code, and process a high volume of vendor invoices for accuracy and appropriate approvals
Match invoices to purchase orders and receiving documents (three-way match)
Work closely with the property management team to review, code, and approve invoices for each property
Allocate shared and multi-property invoices accurately across properties and cost centers
Prepare and process intercompany billings, ensuring charges are recorded correctly across entities
Reconcile company credit card statements and process credit card billings
Prepare and process weekly payment runs
Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies or payment inquiries
Maintain accurate, organized records of invoices, payments, and vendor files
Assist with month-end close, including AP aging reports and accrual support
Respond to internal and vendor inquiries regarding invoice and payment status
Support internal controls by flagging unusual or duplicate charges
Assist with 1099 preparation and other periodic reporting as needed

What We're Looking For

1–3 years of accounts payable or general accounting experience; property management or real estate accounting experience a plus
High school diploma required; associate degree in accounting, finance, or related field preferred
Comfort coding and allocating costs across multiple properties or entities
Working knowledge of accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, RealPage, Yardi, MRI, SAP, or similar)
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Strong attention to detail and comfort working with high transaction volumes
Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally
Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and work independently
