Job Overview
Lemon Wave LLC is a growing private practice in NJ seeking to welcome a clinician. At Lemon Wave, we believe in therapy rooted in duality. The ideal fit would be someone who is aligned with these values and is passionate about making a meaningful difference in people's lives through evidence-based practices.

What we offer:

This is a 1099 Independent Contractor position
Solely virtual, work-from-home position
In-network care with Aetna, BCBS, and United Healthcare.
No obligation to work nights or weekends, set your schedule based on your needs.
Admin and billing support
$70 per clinical hour
EHR via Simple Practice provided

Responsibilities

Complete notes within 24 hours and treatment plans within 14 days as per insurance compliance.
Provide 60-minute intake, individual, couples, and family counseling sessions as scheduled.
Assess and treat unique circumstances, including working with adolescents, individuals with complex family systems, those experiencing PTSD, and/or gender issues.
Collect and maintain accurate documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring confidentiality of all patient records.
Maintain a confidential space to conduct virtual sessions.
Facilitate crisis intervention and conflict management strategies when applicable to de-escalate situations effectively while prioritizing patient safety.
Engage in ongoing professional development related to behavioral health practices and current standards of care.

Experience

Masters degree in counseling or related field
LPC, LCSW, or LMFT required, licensed in NJ
Provisional licenses will not be considered at this time.
Experience conducting intake assessments, diagnostic evaluations, and case management activities within behavioral health or mental health environments.
Ability to utilize therapeutic modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Existential Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and/or Family Systems.

Pay: $75.00 per hour
