Position Title: Nurse Practitioner – Regenerative Medicine & Facial Aesthetics

Employment Type: Part-Time leading to Full-Time

We are a new, privately owned oral and maxillofacial surgery practice opening in Monmouth County, New Jersey. Our mission is to provide exceptional patient care while delivering an outstanding healthcare experience in a modern, welcoming environment.

As part of our commitment to comprehensive patient care, we are expanding into Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon-directed Regenerative Medicine, Facial Aesthetics & Wellness. Our focus is on delivering safe, evidence-based treatments that promote natural, long-lasting results while providing patients with the highest level of personalized care.

As a growing practice, we are seeking a Nurse Practitioner who values professionalism, compassion, attention to detail, and creating meaningful relationships with patients. This is a unique opportunity to help establish an innovative regenerative medicine program while growing alongside an exceptional team in an Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon-led specialty practice.

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced, motivated, and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our growing Regenerative Medicine & Facial Aesthetics team.

Working collaboratively with the Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon, the Nurse Practitioner will provide patient consultations, develop individualized treatment recommendations, perform regenerative and aesthetic procedures within their scope of practice, educate patients, and provide exceptional follow-up care.

The ideal candidate is clinically confident, personable, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering exceptional patient care while helping patients achieve natural, healthy results.

Responsibilities

Clinical Duties

Perform comprehensive patient consultations and aesthetic evaluations.
Review medical histories and determine treatment candidacy in accordance with clinical protocols established by the Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon.
Develop individualized treatment recommendations and treatment plans.
Perform regenerative and aesthetic procedures within licensure, competency, and established clinical protocols, including:
Platelet-Rich Fibrin (PRF) facial rejuvenation
PRF hair restoration
PRF microneedling
Medical microneedling
Neuromodulator injections
Dermal filler treatments
Additional regenerative and aesthetic procedures approved by the practice
Obtain informed consent and maintain accurate clinical documentation.
Monitor patient outcomes and appropriately recognize and manage complications while collaborating with the Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon as needed.
Maintain treatment rooms in a clean, organized, and procedure-ready condition.
Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to all clinical and regulatory requirements.

Patient Care

Greet and escort patients throughout their visit.
Help patients feel comfortable before, during, and after treatment.
Educate patients regarding procedures, expected outcomes, risks, benefits, and post-treatment instructions.
Conduct post-treatment follow-up appointments and monitor healing and patient satisfaction.
Answer patient questions and provide support throughout the treatment process.
Build lasting patient relationships through professionalism, compassion, and exceptional service.

Practice Operations

Maintain inventory of regenerative products, skincare products, and clinical supplies.
Assist with ordering and stocking materials.
Ensure compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, infection control, and all applicable regulatory standards.
Maintain standardized clinical photography and documentation.
Participate in continuing education and implementation of new technologies and treatment protocols.
Collaborate with the Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon and clinical team to deliver an exceptional patient experience.

Qualifications

Required

Active New Jersey Nurse Practitioner license.
Hold an active NJ RN license, complete an accredited Master's or Doctorate NP program (like Family or Adult), and obtain an Advanced Practice Nurse (APN) license from the New Jersey Board of Nursing.
Minimum of three years of experience in medical aesthetics, regenerative medicine, dermatology, facial plastics, plastic surgery, or a related specialty.
Experience performing aesthetic consultations and developing comprehensive treatment plans.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced clinical environment.
Reliable transportation and punctuality.
Team-oriented mindset.

Preferred

Experience performing PRF/PRP procedures.
Experience with microneedling.
Experience administering neuromodulators and dermal fillers.
Hair restoration experience.
Experience with medical-grade skincare.
Phlebotomy certification or equivalent experience.
Experience using aesthetic photography systems and electronic medical records.
