RESPONSIBILITIES

What You Can Expect Day-to-Day

Ready to get to work? While no one day is the same, the following are just some of the activities you will execute:

· Converting inbound leads and website chat to sales

· Prospecting outbound calls, follow-up, and scheduling to B2B

· Handle many areas of the sales and delivery process, including contracts, logistics databases, lead lists, quoting, scheduling, etc.

· Follow up on all calls and emails-ongoing

· Quote customers, follow up, and close the sale

· Conduct incoming leads as given, follow up, and close the sale

· Schedule and process paperwork on pick-ups

· Attend weekly meetings (via Zoom)

QUALIFICATIONS

What it Takes

We are looking for a cheerful, client-fueled right hand to deliver superb customer service.

Minimum Required:

This is a 90% REMOTE opportunity. After the initial 30-day onboarding process.

· Possess a positive attitude, integrity, and excellent work ethic

· 2-3 years of previous customer service experience

· Creative problem-solving skills to properly handle the day-to-day challenges and create a satisfied client/prospect, in addition to adhering to company policies and procedures

· Proficient experience in Microsoft office suite and maintaining a CRM system.

· Excellent communication skills with superb telephone skills

· Able to work 8-hr day M-F (8 am to 4 pm) with an intended schedule of M-F (10 am to 6 pm)

· High-speed internet connection and a quiet/professional working space
