What You’ll Do

As a Superintendent, you’ll lead the day-to-day construction activities on-site from early works through to turnover, working closely with the PM to deliver successful outcomes.

Own site operations — budget, quality, safety, and schedule
Build and mentor field teams with a hands-on leadership style
Partner with clients, consultants, and trade partners to drive project goals
Lead subcontractor coordination, site logistics, and material deliveries
Monitor performance, enforce safety protocols, and ensure top-tier workmanship
Document daily progress, site conditions, and action items

What We’re Looking For

5+ years as a Superintendent in commercial, healthcare, or institutional construction
Experience with leading ground-up and complex renovation projects
Proven ability to lead field teams and deliver high-quality, profitable projects
Strong communication and site coordination skills
OSHA awareness and commitment to safety culture
Comfortable with Procore (or similar construction tech)
