Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly energetic and enthusiastic person to be a part of our Weddings & Events team

focused on servicing and providing dedicated attention to our Weddings, Wedding Couples & Event clients.

You will also be responsible for answering inbound calls, making appointments, and coordinating with the clients and vendors.

Must be available weekends, especially during prime Wedding Season & be available throughout the entire event.

Required Qualifications

Must have excellent customer service skills, strong communication, ability to multitask, and be courteous to the wedding couple, families, and guests attending events.
Must be organized, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Be friendly, smile, be personable and have a positive attitude during all events.
Provide personalized service and excellent hospitality to the wedding couple, families, and guests attending the event.
Remain calm under pressure and make decisions with maturity and sound judgment.
Must have reliable transportation and be local to the Hudson Valley, NY area (within 10-15 miles).
Prior experience in event sales/event planning or comparable experience is required. (Please, do not applyif you do not have prior experience.)
