Job Description

HRC Financial Group is seeking an Internal Wholesaler to execute several critical front office sales and marketing functions. We are seeking a candidate who currently resides or is willing to relocate to the NYC Metro area. HRC requires team members to operate both independently, with little oversight, as well as in a collaborative, team-based environment. Primary responsibilities of internal wholesalers include but are not limited to:

· Develop a deep understanding of our investment strategies

· Profile financial advisors and how to help them increase their business

· Speak with advisors directly and proactively establish rapport to create interest in product to schedule meetings for Regional Sales Directors for sales presentations

· Maintain constant and open communication with Regional Sales Directors by using sales contact database and by recording activity on all calls

· Deliver sales literature to effectively facilitate sales process and enhance advisor relationships

· Researching investment styles of money managers across various sales territories

· Maintaining necessary correspondence with prospective clients in order to move sales process towards closing

· Collaborating with colleagues to build sales strategies

· Tracking revenues and projected revenues for the sales team

Qualifications

· Bachelor's Degree, preferably in business or finance

· Series 7 & 63 (Not required for the candidate but we expect to be obtained within 6 months of employment)

· Strong telephone skills, focus, and presence

· Strong planning and organization skills

· Knowledge of financial markets and basic economic principles

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
