Full Job Description

Responsibilities

Assist the Property Manager with daily property operations and tenant relations.
Respond to tenant inquiries, maintenance requests, and service issues in a professional and timely manner.
Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and building staff to ensure smooth property operations.
Track work orders and follow up on maintenance and repair requests.
Assist with lease administration, renewals, move-ins, and move-outs.
Maintain accurate property records, tenant files, and compliance documentation.
Prepare reports, notices, and correspondence as needed.
Monitor building inspections, compliance requirements, and insurance certificates.
Support budgeting, invoice processing, and expense tracking.
Conduct property inspections and assist with identifying operational issues.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree preferred.
1–3 years of experience in property management, real estate, hospitality, or a related field.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Experience with property management software is a plus.
Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
Bilingual English and Chinese is a plus.
