We're Hiring: Deployment Strategists & Senior Deployment Strategists

Our client, a fast-growing healthcare AI fintech startup, is hiring Deployment Strategists (2–5 years) and Senior Deployment Strategists (6+ years) to help some of the nation's largest health systems improve financial performance through cutting-edge AI solutions.

These are highly cross-functional, customer-facing roles where you'll partner directly with hospital CFOs, finance leaders, clinical teams, and IT stakeholders to deploy AI products that drive measurable margin improvement. Whether you're early in your consulting or health-tech career or have extensive experience leading enterprise implementations, there's an opportunity to make a meaningful impact.

What You'll Do

Depending on your level, you'll:

Lead or support large-scale AI platform deployments for major health systems from discovery through implementation and value realization.
Partner directly with hospital CFOs, finance executives, clinical leaders, IT teams, and operational stakeholders to solve complex business challenges.
Drive discovery workshops, solution design, and operational change management as customers adopt AI into critical workflows.
Configure AI agents, work with data, and contribute to technical implementations alongside engineering teams.
Balance strategic client engagement with hands-on execution in fast-moving implementation environments.
Translate customer feedback into repeatable deployment playbooks and product improvements.

Senior Deployment Strategists will also:

Own end-to-end delivery for strategic enterprise accounts.
Lead cross-functional deployment pods consisting of Deployment Strategists and Forward Deployed Engineers.
Independently manage executive relationships, including CFOs, CIOs, and VP-level stakeholders.
Facilitate executive steering committees and guide organizational change across large health systems.

Who We're Looking For

We're hiring across multiple experience levels:

Deployment Strategist (2–5 Years) ($165,000 - $185,000)

You may be a fit if you have experience in healthcare consulting or healthcare technology, particularly working with hospitals or health systems.

Typical backgrounds include:

Healthcare consulting firms such as Chartis, ECG, Kaufman Hall, Veralon, or similar.
Health-tech or AI companies serving provider organizations, such as Abridge, Cedar, OpenEvidence, Ambience Healthcare, Flatiron Health, or Notable.
Early-stage AI or technology companies where you've helped build and deploy new products, even if your healthcare experience is limited.

Senior Deployment Strategist (6+ Years) ($215,000 - $250,000)

You may be a fit if you've led complex healthcare technology implementations and are comfortable owning executive relationships.

Typical backgrounds include:

Healthcare consulting firms such as Accenture, Huron, Deloitte, Chartis, Cognizant, McKinsey, or BCG with a healthcare provider focus.
AI or SaaS companies delivering enterprise software to hospitals and health systems.
Experience independently managing C-suite stakeholders, leading cross-functional teams, and driving enterprise-scale implementations.

What We're Looking For

Across both levels, successful candidates will have:

Experience working directly with healthcare provider organizations, including hospitals and health systems (not pharma or life sciences).
Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
Technical curiosity and comfort working alongside engineering teams, AI products, and data.
A demonstrated commitment to the healthcare industry throughout their career.
The ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous startup environments.

Nice to Have

Experience contributing to technical implementations through AI configuration, SQL, Python, or data work.
Healthcare finance knowledge, including revenue cycle, margin improvement, workforce optimization, or financial operations.
Graduate education such as an MPH, MHA, healthcare-focused MBA, or health policy degree.
Experience working at an early-stage startup and helping build products from 0-to-1.
