Full Job Description

A Manhattan-based financial services firm backed by a Fortune 500 company, with offices in Manhattan, Brooklyn, and New Jersey, is looking for experienced Life & Health licensed insurance professionals who are ready to take the next step in their careers.

This is an opportunity for an experienced insurance professional to build and manage their own book of business, work directly with clients, and grow their income through a combination of new business and long-term client relationships.

We are looking for individuals who are competitive, entrepreneurial, and motivated by performance. The right candidate knows how to prospect, identify client needs, recommend solutions, close business, and continue developing relationships after the sale.

This is not an entry-level opportunity. Candidates must currently hold active Life & Health insurance licenses.

What You'll Do

Build and grow your own client base and book of business
Meet with individuals and families to understand their financial and insurance needs
Develop and present customized insurance solutions
Prospect for new business while leveraging company-provided resources
Manage the full sales process from initial contact through policy placement
Develop long-term relationships with clients and identify additional planning opportunities
Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and professional development
Work toward personal production and income goals with the support of an experienced team

What We're Looking For

Active Life & Health insurance licenses required
Proven experience selling life insurance or related financial products
Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales or production goals
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Comfortable prospecting and developing new business
Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented
Ability to manage the sales process independently
Intermediate computer skills and familiarity with CRM technology
