Full Job Description

Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant with experience in residential property management to join our Team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting daily operations, ensuring efficient office management. This position requires proficiency in various administrative tasks and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Perform data entry tasks in QuickBooks with accuracy and attention to detail.

Utilize Microsoft Office for document creation, scheduling, and communication.
Answer phone calls and direct inquiries appropriately.
Draft Lease and lease renewals
Tenant certifications
Schedule repairs, move in/out.
Perform various registrations with HPD, DHCR and other City Agencies
Provide clerical support including drafting correspondence, preparing reports, and maintaining records.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth office operations and effective communication.

Requirements

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word Excel, Outlook).
Property Management skills are a must.
Strong computer literacy with the ability to learn new software quickly.
Experience with Affordable Housing certification is a plus.
Experience with data entry and maintaining accurate records.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
