Position Overview

We are seeking a sophisticated, well-connected Director of Private Client Relations to lead VIP engagement out of our New York flagship. Reporting to the VP of Private Client Relations, you will act as the face of the Maison for New York’s elite, cultivating long-term relationships and converting brand appreciation into client loyalty.

Key Responsibilities

VIP Acquisition & Styling: Cultivate a robust book of HNW/UHNW clients in New York. Host private, "white-glove" showroom appointments and manage bespoke commissions.
Strategic Partnerships: Build alliances with private aviation, yacht brokers, contemporary art galleries, and five-star concierges to drive highly targeted local traffic.
Exclusive Events: Curate private dinners, trunk shows, and salon-style viewings, representing the brand at premier regional events.
Clienteling Strategy: Partner with the VP of Private Client Relations and marketing to align local strategies, utilizing CRM data to personalize client journeys.
Candidate Qualifications
Experience: 7+ years in ultra-luxury sectors (e.g., Haute Horlogerie, High Jewelry, Yachting, or Private Aviation).
Network: Active, transferrable book of HNW/UHNW clients in New York.
Skills: Strong understanding of art, design, and high-tech materials. Multilingual skills (Spanish/Portuguese) are a plus.
Discretion: High emotional intelligence and uncompromising integrity regarding high-profile client details.
