Full Job Description

Mega Aid Pharmacy is seeking a motivated Laboratory Assistant to join our growing Compounding Pharmacy Production Team. This entry-level position is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are eager to learn, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and build a long-term career in pharmaceutical production. We are looking for dependable, energetic team members who can multitask, adapt quickly, and contribute to a culture of quality and excellence.

What You'll Do

Operate laboratory equipment and handle materials efficiently and safely.
Follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), quality standards, and safety guidelines.
Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant work environment.
Learn and apply new processes and procedures quickly.
Perform assigned tasks under the guidance of a supervisor or team lead.
Escalate complex issues to management as needed.
Assist with inventory cycle counts when required.
Handle hazardous materials in accordance with established safety protocols.
Update basic Excel spreadsheets as needed.
Perform Warehouse Management System (WMS) transactions related to warehouse activities.
Complete other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

Associate degree or Bachelor's degree preferred.
Strong written communication skills in English.
Previous laboratory experience is a plus but not required.
Ability to learn new procedures and adapt to changing priorities.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to work effectively within established procedures and guidelines.
Positive attitude, reliability, and strong work ethic.

Physical Requirements

Ability to stand for the duration of the work shift.
Ability to perform repetitive tasks and work in a production environment.
