PSG ACADEMY USA & NEW YORK CITY

With academies operating across 8 states in the United States and Canada, PSG Academy USA is the largest network of official PSG Academies in North America, providing thousands of young players with access to the renowned Paris Saint-Germain methodology—the same methodology that helped PSG become back-to-back Champions of Europe.

Today, our network continues to grow.

We are launching PSG Academy New York City, bringing the PSG experience to the heart of one of the world's most iconic cities.

We are looking for an organized, creative, and motivated Marketing & Communications Assistant to support our marketing initiatives, assist with communications, help manage digital content, and contribute to the launch and growth of PSG Academy programs across North America.

Paris Saint-Germain is more than a soccer club. PSG represents a unique combination of soccer, lifestyle, culture, fashion, art, travel, and community. We are looking for someone who understands the power of storytelling, digital communication, and brand identity to help share the PSG Academy experience with players, families, and communities.

This role provides the opportunity to work on exciting projects, including marketing campaigns, social media content, academy communications, events, and the launch of PSG Academy New York City.

POSITION OVERVIEW

As a Marketing & Communications Assistant, you will support the daily execution of marketing, communications, and growth initiatives for PSG Academy USA.

You will assist with content creation, social media management, email communications, website updates, marketing materials, event support, and administrative coordination to strengthen the PSG Academy brand across North America.

This position can be hybrid or remote.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIESMarketing & Communications

Assist with the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across email, website, and social media platforms.
Support website updates, copywriting, newsletters, and promotional communications.
Help coordinate with graphic designers, photographers, videographers, and external partners to ensure brand consistency.
Assist in preparing marketing materials, announcements, presentations, and promotional assets.
Support basic market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
Maintain marketing files, databases, contact lists, and campaign tracking documents.

Digital Content & Community Support

Assist with content planning, scheduling, and publishing across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and website channels.
Create engaging written content that reflects the PSG Academy brand, values, and lifestyle.
Support community engagement by assisting with social media messages and inquiries.
Help maintain the editorial calendar for newsletters, blog content, presentations, and promotional materials.
Assist with photo and video organization from training sessions, camps, matches, and events.

Growth & Enrollment Support

Assist with promotional campaigns supporting academy programs, camps, clinics, and events.
Support lead management, CRM updates, and communication with prospective families.
Help prepare marketing materials and digital assets to support player recruitment initiatives.

Events & Activations

Support the organization of academy events, camps, trials, showcases, and community activations.
Assist with event logistics, promotional materials, and coordination with vendors and partners.
Help collect and organize media content during key events.
Support major PSG Academy events, including tournaments, showcases, and special projects.

QUALIFICATIONS

Passion for sports, marketing, communications, and brand development.
Strong interest in digital marketing, social media, and storytelling.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency with Canva and social media platforms required.
Familiarity with CRM tools, email marketing platforms, Adobe Creative Suite, or CapCut is a plus.
Previous experience, internship, or education in marketing, communications, sports management, public relations, or related fields is preferred.
Availability to occasionally support evening and weekend events.
