Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Client Manager to join our dynamic team! Responsibilities

Develop and nurture long-term relationships with clients through proactive communication and personalized service.
Identify new business opportunities by analyzing client needs and market trends, supporting overall business development efforts.
Lead negotiations to secure favorable terms, contracts, and renewals that benefit both the client and the company.
Manage existing accounts to ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and growth through effective account management strategies.
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to craft tailored solutions that meet client requirements, utilizing your knowledge of technology sales and B2B sales practices.
Conduct warm calling campaigns to reconnect with prospects and expand the client portfolio actively.
Utilize CRM tools like Salesforce to track interactions, manage pipelines, and analyze sales data for continuous improvement.

Requirements

Proven experience in negotiation, business development, or account management within a B2B sales environment.
Strong understanding of technology sales, marketing strategies, and Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
Demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
Analytical skills to assess market trends, client needs, and sales performance metrics effectively.
Experience in technical sales or B2B sales is highly desirable.
Ability to conduct warm calling campaigns confidently while maintaining a positive attitude.
