Full Job Description

DO NOT APPLY IF YOU HAVE NOT HAD ANY EXPERIENCE WORKING IN A DENTAL OFFICE OR DO NOT POSSES EXPERIENCE WITH DENTRIX!

Our upscale multi specialty office is looking for a Treatment Coordinator (with a minimum of 3 yrs exp)

Candidate must love to work in a team setting and be able to be a team leader.

Candidate should be extremely detail oriented and have advanced knowledge in Dentrix and have extensive knowledge about PPO dental insurance.

This position involves effectively managing all aspects of patient contact, including: greeting patients, making financial arrangements and collecting copayments, maintaining a busy schedule, verifying insurance coverage (other tasks as assigned). Therefore, applicants must have excellent communication skills (both written and oral), strong computer skills, be highly organized and dedicated to providing exceptional customer service.
Also:
-Have a great personality to be able to sell Dentistry
Financial plan presentation to patient in regards to dental copays and out of pocket expense
-Excellent multi tasker
-Experience in dealing with insurance companies
-Excellent customer service in talking with patients about their accounts and past due accounts.
-Be a self starter and be a problem solver
-Be able to keep track patients to assure treatment acceptance by having systems in place to follow up with their outstanding treatment
-Be able to run reports to maintain and keep track of office production and implement new ideas for optimal office production

The candidate we are looking for a is a mature individual who believes is professionalism at all times.
