As an Automotive Technician at Kollective Automotive Group, your role is pivotal in delivering top-notch service. Here's what we expect:

Timely Repairs and Maintenance: Efficiently repair and maintain customer vehicles, ensuring a seamless experience for our valued customers.
Multi-Point Inspection: Consistently utilize our Multi-Point inspection tool at a rate greater than 98%, maintaining safety and reliability.
High-Quality Workmanship: Provide high-quality work at a productive rate, following published procedures and safety guidelines, ensuring Parts Compliance.
Stay Informed: Keep up-to-date with the latest technical bulletins and service publications to stay ahead in your field.
Continuous Training: Attend and actively participate in training programs recommended by our Shop Supervisor and management to enhance your skills.
Warranty Compliance: Adhere to warranty policies when assisting other Dealership Team members in completing warranty information, maintaining the highest standards of compliance.

At Mercedes-Benz of Brooklyn we are looking for various skill levels. If you are a lube technician looking to grow and no longer be just a lube technician we are the place for you. If you are a seasoned mechanic with another brand we have a track record of helping many people transition and learn the world class Mercedes-Benz product. If you are a Master Certified Automotive Technician at another Mercedes-Benz dealership and want to finally be rewarded for your hard work then we are definitely the dealership for you.

At Jaguar Land Rover Brooklyn we are currently fully staffed but would still be more than happy to meet with you. We have grown month over month but as always, our priority is to protect the income of the technicians. To many technicians means underpaid technicians and that simply isn’t acceptable to us. If you have experience as a Jaguar Land Rover mechanic or are a Level 4 master technician with the brand we would be more than happy to meet you and discuss the potential opportunities with us in the future.
