Full Job Description

Job Summary
Join our team as a Commercial Cleaner, where you'll play a vital role in maintaining clean, safe, and welcoming environments at several commercial locations. The ideal candidate is available on nights between 5 PM and 10 PM, and occasional weekends. If you only have weekend or weekday availability, you are still encouraged to apply.

Duties

Perform thorough cleaning of commercial spaces, including offices, hallways, restrooms, and common areas using industry-standard cleaning tools and supplies
Conduct floor care tasks such as sweeping, mopping, buffing, and polishing to maintain pristine surfaces
Handle janitorial responsibilities including trash removal, dusting, window cleaning, and sanitizing high-touch areas
Maintain facilities by performing custodial tasks like restocking supplies and reporting maintenance issues promptly
Follow safety protocols during all cleaning activities to ensure a secure environment for yourself and others
Assist with light maintenance or porter duties as needed to support overall facility upkeep

Experience

Prior janitorial or custodial experience in commercial or industrial settings preferred
Experience with facilities maintenance or porter roles is a plus
Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment operation, and safety procedures required
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of cleanliness
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure thorough completion of tasks
