NOTICE OF VACANCY

Position Title: Senior Account Clerk Typist

Brief Description: Various Business Office Clerical Duties to include, supporting Payroll and Accounts Payable, Grant reporting, Communicating and assisting building/department Administrative Assistants, logging funds received and other duties as assigned

Location(s): District Office

Anticipated Start Date: 8/3/2026

Posting Dates: 7/7/2026- 7/20/2026

Number of Vacancies: 1

Hours per week: 38.5

Civil Service Jurisdictional Class: Competitive

Required Qualifications:

One year of full-time paid secretarial or clerical experience, or its part-time and/or volunteer equivalent.
