Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our dynamic team. Duties

Input data into databases, ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems, and other software with speed and accuracy
Maintain and update records through meticulous data entry, filing, and data collection processes
Use computer skills to manage spreadsheets, create pivot tables, and perform basic math calculations for data analysis
Transcribe information from documents or audio recordings into digital formats with attention to detail
Support order entry processes by verifying information and ensuring timely processing
Organize and file physical and digital documents to ensure easy retrieval and compliance with record-keeping standards
Assist with clerical tasks such as preparing reports, managing office supplies, and supporting administrative functions

Requirements

Proven experience in clerical or administrative roles with strong data entry responsibilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the use of pivot tables and basic formulas
Excellent typing skills with high accuracy and speed
Familiarity with databases, ERP systems, and office software tools
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Basic math skills for data verification and calculations
Previous office experience involving filing, data collection, or transcription is preferred
Ability to work independently while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
