Location: Northeast Territory - Candidate must reside in the territory (New England - NY, NJ, PA, OH)

Willingness to travel: 60% (Required)

Pay: $90K Base, plus commission, quarterly & yearly bonus payout.

Pulmonary Device or Respiratory Care Sales: 3+ years.
Medical Sales: 3+ years.

Job Description:

Seeking a motivated Capital Equipment Sales Consultant to develop and grow West Coast territory. Individual must be a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment. This role focuses on direct sales to hospitals, clinics, and physician offices, promoting our line of Pulmonary Diagnostic devices.

What Success Looks Like:

You will own West Coast territory performance, including pipeline creation, opportunity progression and forecast accuracy.
Drive new business and maintain existing business selling into the Hospital (IDN) & Physician Office Market. Strategic Call points are Pulmonary, Respiratory Care & Cardiology - selling complete line of Pulmonary Diagnostic Devices.
Strong consultive selling approach built by developing long-term relationships with key stakeholders including Physicians, Respiratory Care Directors, RT’s, Department Heads & Technicians.
Maintain disciplined CRM in Zoho, including timely follow-up, accurate opportunity staging & pipeline management resulting in reliable revenue forecasting.
Work with Product Management team to provide clinical demonstrations of complete hardware & software product lines.
Attend regional conferences to generate leads, strengthen relationships, identify KOLs, and learn clinical/technical standards of product line.
Demonstrate consistent quota attainment, competitive displacement, account growth, and regional KOL development.

Pay: $90,000.00 per year
