Position: Marketing Associate

Job Descriptions:

Support market and competitor research for new and existing products
Assist with internal preparation for tradeshows, exhibitions, dealer events, and other marketing programs
Prepare brochures, promotional items, samples, product materials, and other marketing materials
Prepare and organize marketing materials for shipment to dealers, events, sales representatives, and other locations
Manage and maintain inventory of marketing materials
Monitor inventory levels and help coordinate replenishment when necessary
Maintain organized records of marketing materials, shipments, requests, and related activities
Coordinate with dealers, vendors, and other business partners as needed
Assist with preparation of presentations, spreadsheets, reports, and other marketing documents
Support new product launch preparation and other marketing initiatives
Assist with CRM or marketing-related database updates when applicable
Perform other Marketing team support duties as assigned

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree preferred
Prior marketing experience is not required
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple requests and priorities
Comfortable working in a support-oriented and team-based environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including: Excel, Word, PowerPoint
Experience with inventory, administrative support, sales support, customer service, office operations, or coordination is a plus
Experience with CRM systems is a plus
Ability and willingness to learn new processes and systems
Korean language proficiency is a plus, but not required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
