Overview
We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Maitre D'/Banquet Manager to lead our event services with enthusiasm and professionalism. This pivotal role involves overseeing banquet operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and coordinating seamlessly with staff to deliver memorable events. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrate excellent communication skills, and possess a passion for hospitality excellence. Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing attentive and personalized service to enhance their experience
Coordinate banquet events from setup to service, ensuring all details align with client expectations and standards
Meet with potential clients and provide venue information
Plan, design, and produce events while managing all project delivery elements within time limits
Manage the flow of service during events, supervising staff including servers, bartenders, and setup crews
Handle guest inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and maintain high levels of guest satisfaction through exceptional guest relations
Maintain clear communication with kitchen staff, event planners, and team members to ensure smooth operations
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and uphold cleanliness standards throughout all banquet areas
Ability to manage multiple projects independently
