Full Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Office Manager to join our Emergency Dentist team. This role will support pre-opening setup, team onboarding, and operational readiness.

The ideal candidate MUST have experience in a dental office setting and possess strong administrative skills. Knowledge of dental terminology as well as general dental procedures is required.

Typical Duties:

- Greet patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner

- Answer phone calls in a timely manner

- Schedule appointments and manage patient check-ins

- Verify insurance information and collect payments

- Maintain patient records accurately

- Assist with administrative tasks such as uploading route slips/insurance documents/etc.

- Utilize software for patient management

- Create claims and bill insurance

- Create treatment plans for patients and present to patients

REQUIREMENTS:

- Previous experience in a dental office setting REQUIRED

- Knowledge of dental terminology REQUIRED

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

- Familiarity with front desk operations in a clinic or ER setting

- Excellent communication and customer service skills

- Proficiency in using administrative software

SCHEDULE:

Fridays 10-4 (remote)

Saturdays 9AM-6PM (in office)

Sundays 9AM-6PM (in office)

Mondays: 12PM-4PM (remote)

This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic dental environment, utilizing your administrative skills to support patient care. As an Emergency Clinic, we are only open on the weekends. Please note that this will be 9-12 hour days on Saturdays and Sundays and some allocated hours Fridays and Mondays (remote). The rest of the week is your weekend!
