Our team is expanding and actively hiring driven individuals to join our event sales team. This is a face-to-face, event-based position where you will represent well-known brands, engage directly with customers, and generate sales in a high-energy, performance-driven environment.

Event Sales Assistant Responsibilities

You will engage with customers at live events, pop-ups, and retail activations by initiating conversations, building rapport, and creating a welcoming and energetic experience.
You will present products, services, and current promotions in a clear and compelling way to drive interest and encourage purchasing decisions.
You will confidently answer customer questions, address objections, and guide conversations toward closing sales while maintaining a professional and positive approach.
You will contribute to a team-oriented environment by collaborating with peers, sharing best practices, and helping maintain strong overall event performance.
You will track your daily performance, stay accountable to individual and team goals, and continuously work to improve your sales approach.

Event Sales Assistant - What We’re Looking For:

You have strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with a wide range of customers in face-to-face interactions.
You bring a confident, outgoing personality and are comfortable working in a sales-focused role that rewards performance.
You maintain a positive attitude and competitive mindset, with a strong drive to meet and exceed goals.
You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can adapt quickly during high-traffic events.
Previous sales or customer-facing experience is a plus, but not required, as we provide full training for the right candidate.
