WHY DO WE NEED YOU?

The Plant Manager will lead industrial excellence in Wheatfield, NY (Seeded Gel & Ekonol) manufacturing sites in support of activities servicing the Aerospace, Electronics, and Industrial Markets.

This role is accountable for all aspects of site leadership, operational performance, and continuous improvement in support of the business strategy. The Plant Manager will set and deliver against the plant’s operational goals, driving strong performance in EHS, growth, profitability, capital investment, cost reduction, quality, and overall operational effectiveness.

A critical element of this role is building a dynamic, engaged workforce that makes meaningful contributions to our customers’ success. The Plant Manager has direct leadership responsibility for production, engineering, quality, supply chain, and facilities, with finance and human resources in a dotted‑line reporting relationship. Equally important is the ability to collaborate effectively across commercial, R&D, and support functions to achieve shared business outcomes.

IS THIS JOB FOR YOU?

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business or related field required

Master's degree in Business or advanced Engineering degree preferred

7+ years experience in a similar functions within an industrial and international environment

-Budgeting, Planning, Project Management - Excellent analytical skills, communications skills, and interpersonal skills.

Must have strong computer skills in a Windows environment, including Excel, Access and Microsoft Word.

Well-developed organizational influence skills with the ability to work with people at all levels within the organization.

BENEFITS IN JOINING US

We believe in the importance of pay transparency in what we offer potential candidates. Provided is the national pay range for this position which is $133,000.00 to $213,000.00 per year. However, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.

In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for an annual bonus. The targeted bonus amount is 24% of base salary based on company and individual performance measures. The Total Target Cash range (base pay and annual bonus) for this position, is $155,600.00-TTC to $249,200.00-TTC. Bonus payments are part of variable compensation and by nature can vary based on company and individual performance and is not a guarantee.
