Guest Services, Bowling, and Arcade Attendants are the face of our Family Entertainment Center. In this role, you’ll be on the front lines of fun—welcoming guests, helping them enjoy bowling lanes and arcade attractions, and creating a positive, high-energy atmosphere throughout the venue.

What You’ll Do
- Greet guests warmly and help them get checked in
- Assign bowling lanes, explain scoring systems, and manage shoe rentals
- Assist guests in the arcade with games, cards, and basic troubleshooting
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of bowling lanes, arcade areas, and guest spaces
- Answer questions and resolve minor guest concerns quickly and professionally
- Promote specials, events, and attractions
- Work as part of a team to keep the venue running smoothly during peak times

Pay: $7.25 hour + tips

- Lead birthday parties and group events from arrival to departure

- Interact with kids and families to create memorable experiences
- Assist with party room setup, cleanup, and organization
- Upsell party add-ons and attractions when appropriate

This is a hands-on role for mechanically inclined individuals who enjoy problem-solving and technical work.
What You’ll Do
- Perform preventive maintenance on bowling lanes and arcade machines
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and software issues
- Respond quickly to equipment breakdowns
- Maintain tools, parts, and maintenance logs
- Coordinate with vendors for repairs and parts
- Ensure all equipment meets safety standards

- High equipment uptime and minimal guest disruption
- Clean, safe, and well-maintained attractions
- Proactive maintenance that prevents breakdowns
What We’re Looking For
- Mechanical, electrical, or technical experience preferred
