DILLER LAW is a busy plaintiff’s personal injury trial firm comprised of nine attorneys and support staff located right around the corner from Government Center.

Our clients trust us to navigate difficult times in their lives. We represent families of people who died or people injured in motor vehicle collisions, on dangerous properties, on construction sites, from dangerous products, from negligent security matters, and dog bites, etc...

Our busy personal injury trial firm is looking to add a full-time Paralegal / Case Manager to our team. Our clients trust us to navigate difficult times in their lives. We represent families of people who died or people injured in motor vehicle collisions, on dangerous properties, on construction sites, from dangerous products, from negligent security matters, and dog bites, etc...

As Paralegal / Case Manager, you work with the assigned attorney to manage all aspects of clients’ pre-litigation files and push cases through the litigation process as accurately and efficiently as possible. You are expected to meet deadlines, work on multiple cases in a given day, maintain regular client contact, request and review medical records, ensure all necessary case-related items are requested and obtained, maintain a log of your work in the client’s electronic file, etc... You will be expected to facilitate a working team environment. It’s a small office, so teamwork and professionalism among the office staff is crucial.

3 to 5 years of prior experience involving the area of claims, personal injury or litigation is required. This is a full-time position, available immediately. Bi-lingual (Spanish) is a plus.

Salary varies based on experience.
