Pay: $18.00–$23.00 per hour

Job Type: Full-Time

Schedule: Monday–Friday

Position Overview

We are seeking a friendly, professional, dependable, and computer-proficient Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for our office. The ideal candidate is organized, personable, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple responsibilities in a busy office environment.

Strong, current computer skills are required. Candidates must be proficient with Microsoft Office, email, internet-based applications, and general office technology, with the ability to quickly learn new software and digital tools.

Responsibilities

Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
Answer, screen, and route incoming phone calls
Respond to general inquiries and take accurate messages
Manage incoming packages and deliveries
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception and lobby area
Schedule appointments and assist with calendar coordination as needed
Perform general administrative duties, including filing, scanning, copying, and data entry
Prepare, organize, and maintain documents and electronic files
Use email, Microsoft Office, internet-based applications, and other office software throughout the workday
Maintain office supplies and notify appropriate staff when items need to be reordered
Provide administrative support to team members and management as needed
Handle sensitive or confidential information with professionalism and discretion

Qualifications

Current and proficient computer skills are required
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, email, internet-based applications, and general office technology
Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software, computer systems, and digital tools
Strong typing and data-entry skills with attention to accuracy
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Professional and friendly demeanor
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a busy office environment
Dependable, punctual, and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

Compensation

$18.00–$23.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
