At Huff Construction, we take pride in our commitment to excellence and professionalism. As a Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in leading our on-site construction team and ensuring the successful completion of projects.

Project Manager Roles and Responsibilities:

Team Leadership: Lead and manage on-site construction team, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
Project Estimation and Budgeting: Utilize your expertise to accurately estimate and budget projects, ensuring cost effective solutions.
Client Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with potential customers/clients, representing Huff Construction with professionalism and integrity.
Meeting Management: Create agendas and schedule meetings with owners/ subcontractors, effectively coordinating project activities.
Schedule Adherence: Follow project schedules diligently, ensuring that projects are fully staffed, and deadlines are met.
Quality Assurance: Maintain high-quality standards throughout the construction process, ensuring client satisfaction and project success.
Inspection Management: Manage the inspection process, ensuring that all necessary inspections are completed and documented
Material Management: Properly manage long lead time materials, ensuring timely delivery and availability for project milestones.
Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with safety regulations, maintaining cleanliness and orderliness on site to create a safe working environment.
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records using tools such as PlanGrid, RFPs, and RFIs, facilitating efficient project management and communication.

Key Qualifications:

3+ yearsin commercial construction project management.
Strong knowledge of commercial and/or industrial construction practices.
Exceptional leadership and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and stakeholder communication effectively.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
