Overview
Build and train a team , lead our canvassing efforts daily .We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Canvassing Manager to lead our canvassing efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing a team of canvassers, developing effective strategies for outreach, and ensuring that our marketing goals are met. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for engaging with the community.

Responsibilities

Supervise and manage a team of canvassers to ensure effective door-to-door outreach.
Develop and implement canvassing strategies to maximize scheduling appointments and community engagement.
Train and mentor canvassing staff on best practices in customer service, sales techniques, and effective communication.
Conduct regular evaluations of team performance, providing feedback and support to enhance skills.
Collaborate with other departments to align canvassing efforts with overall organizational goals.
Engage with the community to promote initiatives, negotiate partnerships, and market programs effectively.
Maintain accurate records of canvassing activities, including data collection and reporting on outcomes.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and organizational policies during canvassing activities.

Experience

Proven experience in supervising teams, preferably in a fundraising or sales environment.
Strong background in customer service with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences.
Experience in door-to-door canvassing or electioneering is highly desirable.
Exceptional negotiation skills with the ability to market initiatives persuasively.
Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply as language skills can enhance community engagement.
Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team setting.
