What You'll Do

As a Customer Service Agent, you'll be the connection between our customers, warehouse, delivery teams, and service departments to ensure every order is handled with care and accuracy.

Your responsibilities will include:

Answering customer questions by phone and email
Resolving delivery concerns, service requests, claims, and product issues with professionalism and empathy
Helping customers feel heard while confidently navigating and resolving challenging situations
Coordinating and scheduling deliveries to ensure a smooth customer experience
Communicating with warehouse and delivery teams to prevent errors and delays
Monitoring deliveries and proactively updating customers when needed
Managing exchanges, service requests, and order adjustments
Scheduling technicians and coordinating repairs and parts orders
Maintaining accurate records and service documentation
Supporting store teams with customer-related questions and solutions
Tracking service metrics and identifying opportunities to improve the customer experience

Experience

Previous customer service, dispatching, logistics, scheduling, warehouse coordination, or technical support experience is helpful—but not required.

What matters most is your ability to communicate effectively, stay organized, solve problems, and create positive outcomes for our customers.
