Full Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES

This position will provide support and outreach services to justice-impacted adults living in McLean County. The individual with provide trainings, support groups, individual service plans, and outreach to program participants and assist them with overcoming barriers. This position will be the primary staff with oversight duties for the transitional housing program for women.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

§ High School diploma or GED required.

§ Must have a valid driver’s license and be insurable by agency insurance company.

§ Must have a general understanding and basic skills in Microsoft Office products.

§ Proficiency in English; second language preferred.

§ Must have strong interpersonal, communication (both oral and written), and organizational skills.

§ Must be available to start work on September 01, 2026.

WORK HOURS

Full time, 40 hours a week, Monday to Friday between the hours of 8 a.m. and 6 p.m. Will need to be available as needed, for after-hours and weekends, as situations may occur with housing needs. Full benefit package included.

Pay: $44,000.00 per year
