Wound Care Marketing Liaison (Facilities & Home Health)

About Us

Advanced Mobile Wound Care Illinois brings advanced wound care directly to patients where they are. Our providers treat patients in their homes and in facilities across Illinois, so residents and homebound patients get specialty-level wound care without a trip to a clinic. Our partners get faster healing times, fewer hospital readmissions, and one less thing to coordinate.

We are growing, and we are looking for someone who already knows this market and the people in it.

The Role

This is a relationship job, not a cold-start job. We already have a cold caller booking appointments and our own CRM and software to track every account, visit, and referral. Your job is to walk into those meetings, build real relationships with facilities and home health agencies, and turn them into consistent referral partners.

If you have spent time calling on skilled nursing facilities, assisted living, group homes, or home health agencies in Illinois and people take your calls, you will do very well here.

What You'll Do

Own a territory and grow referral volume from facilities and home health agencies
Meet with DONs, administrators, case managers, discharge planners, and agency owners to introduce our mobile wound care services
Work the appointments our cold caller sets, and add your own relationships on top of them
Do in-services and lunch-and-learns for facility and agency staff
Stay in front of active accounts so referrals keep coming, not just at the start
Log every account, contact, and touchpoint in our CRM so we can see what's working
Work directly with our clinical team to make sure new accounts have a smooth first experience
Bring us honest feedback from the field on what partners need and what competitors are doing

What We're Looking For

Existing relationships with skilled nursing facilities, assisted living, group homes, and/or home health agencies in Illinois
2+ years in healthcare sales, marketing, or liaison work (wound care, home health, hospice, DME, or mobile provider services preferred)
A track record of growing a territory, and the numbers to back it up
Comfortable being in the field most of the week
Organized enough to keep a CRM current without being chased
Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and clean driving record
Professional, dependable, and easy for busy clinical staff to work with

Nice to Have

Wound care background, clinical or sales
Established relationships with hospital discharge planners or case management
Experience selling a mobile or in-home provider service

What We Provide

Our own CRM and software, so you are not building your pipeline in a spreadsheet
Marketing materials and clinical support for in-services
Real backing from a clinical team that shows up and does great work, which makes your accounts stick
A real base salary, not a commission-only seat
Uncapped commission on top of it, tied to the referrals you bring in
[Mileage reimbursement / phone allowance / benefits, if offered]

Compensation

$75,000 to $95,000 base depending on experience and the relationships you bring, plus commission tied to referral volume and active accounts. Available as a full-time position or a 1099 contract, whichever fits you better.
