Earning Potential: $65,000 base salary plus a monthly bonus. Bonus eligibility starts after 90 days, complete with a 3-month ramp-up period.
Flexible Work Schedule: Monday to Friday (8:00 AM – 7:00 PM). No late-night shifts. Available on Saturdays over the phone as needed.

About Re-Bath of New England

At Re-Bath, we transform homes and elevate lives with high-quality bathroom remodeling. Forget massive, high-stress, 24/7 financial or corporate call centers. We run a specialized, highly focused inside sales team that handles warm incoming and outgoing leads—no cold telemarketing.

We are looking for a high-energy, results-oriented Call Center Manager to step in, lead our team of representatives, and own our appointment-setting operations in Rhode Island.

Key Responsibilities1. Daily Call Center Operations

Morning Huddles: Lead daily 10-minute team kickoffs covering results, daily goals, script reminders, and quick role-play exercises.
Performance Tracking: Review prior-day team metrics (calls made, contact rate, appointment set rate, cancel rate, abandoned call rate).
Rep Management: Evaluate calls per hour, set rates, CRM note quality, and follow-up activities to identify top performers and coaching needs.

2. Lead Response & Workflow Management

Speed to Lead: Monitor intake to ensure immediate outreach on new leads.
Pipeline Oversight: Ensure zero untouched leads by verifying callbacks, re-contacts, and multiple outreach attempts are actively managed.
Escalations: Report conversion bottlenecks, poor lead sources, or script issues directly to the Marketing Director.

3. Call Quality & Coaching

Call Auditing: Listen to at least 5 calls per representative daily, auditing opening statements, objection handling, and closing technique.
Real-Time Coaching: Deliver immediate feedback on tone, confidence, scripting, and objection handling.

4. Weekly Performance & Scripting

Weekly Scorecards: Track individual rep metrics including calls made, set rates, revenue generated, cancel percentage, and attendance.
1:1 Sessions: Conduct weekly 15-minute 1:1 coaching sessions to review call recordings and refine technique.
Continuous Improvement: Update call scripts based on common customer objections and performance patterns.

5. Reporting & Analytics

Daily Reviews: Conduct end-of-day reviews tracking total leads, calls, set appointments, and key KPIs.
Executive Reporting: Compile weekly performance summaries and report lead conversion trends to the Marketing Director.

What We’re Looking For

Experience: Background in call center management, inside sales leadership, or high-volume phone environments.
Leadership Style: Clear, direct communicator with a strong, energetic personality who knows how to hold reps accountable while keeping morale high.
Tech & Data Proficiency: Experience navigating CRMs (e.g., Salesforce), call management systems (e.g., RingCentral), and call-scoring tools. Ability to translate scorecard data into actionable daily coaching.
Location: Must be based in or near Rhode Island for daily on-site leadership.
