What Your Workday Looks Like

Evaluate and treat a diverse outpatient orthopedic caseload.
Perform thorough examinations and develop individualized plans of care.
Provide hands-on, evidence-informed treatment based on each patient’s goals.
Help patients improve mobility, strength, function, confidence, and quality of life.
Educate patients about their condition, treatment plan, progress, and home program.
Build strong patient relationships through consistent, one-on-one care.
Collaborate with the clinical team to improve outcomes and coordinate care.
Maintain clear, accurate, timely, and compliant documentation.
Participate in professional development, mentorship, and team collaboration.
Contribute to a positive, patient-centered, and growth-focused clinic environment.

What We Are Looking For

Licensed Physical Therapist or eligible for state licensure.
Doctor of Physical Therapy degree or equivalent.
New graduates and experienced Physical Therapists are welcome.
Strong interest in outpatient orthopedic rehabilitation.
Commitment to providing individualized, patient-centered care.
Strong communication and patient education skills.
