Patient Care Specialist / Dental Front Desk

Full-Time | Monday–Friday | No Evenings or Weekends

Isanti Family Dental is hiring a full-time Patient Care Specialist to join our front office team!

This is much more than a "front desk" position. Our Patient Care Specialists play an important role in creating an exceptional patient experience, keeping the schedule productive, communicating with patients, and helping the entire dental team have a successful day.

If you’re someone who loves people, communicates confidently, stays organized, and enjoys being part of a busy team, we want to meet you.

Schedule

Monday–Thursday: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM with a 1-hour lunch
Friday: 8:00 AM–12:00 PM

No evenings. No weekends.

What You'll Do

As a Patient Care Specialist, you'll help keep our patients and our practice moving throughout the day. Responsibilities include:

Greeting and checking in patients
Answering incoming phone calls
Scheduling and confirming appointments
Checking patients in and out
Maintaining an organized and productive patient schedule
Communicating with patients about appointments, treatment, and next steps
Helping patients schedule recommended treatment
Responding to schedule changes and filling openings
Working closely with our clinical team
Providing a welcoming, positive patient experience
Helping solve problems as they arise throughout the day

Comfortable multitasking in a busy environment

Willing to jump in and help when needed

Dental office or dental front desk experience is a plus, but we are also willing to consider the right person with strong customer service, scheduling, administrative, or medical office experience.
