We're looking for a friendly, professional, and detail-oriented Front Desk Associate who enjoys creating exceptional guest experiences and thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment. If you're passionate about customer service and enjoy being the face of a luxury property, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Do

Create Outstanding Guest Experiences

Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism from the moment they arrive.
Manage check-ins and check-outs efficiently and accurately.
Respond promptly to guest questions, requests, and concerns.
Provide information about the property, dining options, local attractions, and seasonal activities.

Reservations & Guest Services

Process room and dining reservations with accuracy.
Assist guests in planning memorable stays and experiences.
Coordinate guest requests with housekeeping, restaurant, and management teams to ensure seamless service.

Front Desk Operations

Maintain accurate reservation and guest records.
Answer phones, emails, and online booking inquiries.
Process payments and assist with daily transaction reconciliation.
Support smooth shift transitions and front desk operations.

Enhance the Guest Experience

Recommend room upgrades, dining experiences, and special packages when appropriate.
Help create a welcoming, organized, and guest-focused environment.
Represent Stonehurst Manor with professionalism and attention to detail.

What We're Looking For

Previous hotel, front desk, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to remain calm and professional in a busy environment.
Comfortable using reservation systems, POS systems, and basic computer software.
Knowledge of the North Conway area is a plus.
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Positive attitude and genuine passion for hospitality.
