Full Job Description

Creative Concrete is seeking an experienced Office Manager to oversee day-to-day operations and support the company’s leadership, project, and accounting teams. You’ll ensure smooth coordination between departments, maintain organized systems, and keep administrative functions running efficiently. This role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and professionalism.

Responsibilities:

Manage all office operations including communication, scheduling, and documentation.
Support company leadership, project managers, and field staff with administrative tasks.
Maintain company records, contracts, and insurance documentation.
Process subcontractor paperwork including COIs, W9s, and lien waivers.
Coordinate new hire onboarding, timesheets, and payroll submissions.
Manage accounts payable and receivable with accounting support.
Track project billings, change orders, and expense reporting.
Maintain company software systems, databases, and file organization.
Order office supplies and manage vendor relationships.
Support marketing, HR, and bookkeeping as needed.

Requirements:

Experience in office management or construction administration.
Knowledge of construction processes, documentation, and terminology.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Tech-savvy with proficiency Google Workspace, and project management software, including the ability to build reports and create documents utilizing AI.
Familiarity with QuickBooks.
Ability to work independently, anticipate needs, and improve systems over time.
