Full Job Description

The Law Offices of Eslamboly Hakim is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Intake Specialist to join our growing team. We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented professional who can confidently handle new client calls, identify qualified cases, and provide outstanding customer service from the very first interaction.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Answer and manage incoming Personal Injury intake calls.
Conduct detailed client interviews and gather all necessary case information.
Evaluate potential cases and identify qualifying claims.
Build rapport with prospective clients while maintaining professionalism and empathy.
Accurately enter client information into the case management system.
Assist with phone overflow and ensure all calls are handled promptly.
Obtain supporting information and documentation when necessary.
Follow firm procedures to ensure accurate and complete intake files.
Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive client information.
Work closely with attorneys, case managers, and management to ensure a smooth intake process.
Meet productivity and quality expectations in a fast-paced environment.

REQUIREMENTS

REQUIRED

Minimum 1 year of Personal Injury Intake experience at a Personal Injury law firm.
Bilingual (English/Spanish).
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Strong computer and typing skills.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Professional phone etiquette.
Excellent attention to detail.
Reliable attendance and punctuality.
Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
Experience handling high call volumes.
Sales or client conversion experience.
Strong problem-solving skills.
