We are assembling a team of experienced creative and operational professionals to support a growing slate of film, television, and entertainment intellectual property projects from development through production.

Opportunities Available & Target Profiles
- Production Accounting & Finance (Production Accountants, Grant & Tax Credit Specialists, Corporate Finance Professionals): Laser-focused financial professionals to oversee corporate asset tracking, contract compliance, and specialized corporate tax strategies. Candidates must have direct experience navigating Grant Research/Writing, municipal or state infrastructure incentives, and Research & Development (R&D) Tax Credits to maximize corporate liquidity and funding recovery.
- Production Management (Producers, Line Producers, Unit Production Managers): Executives experienced in project scaling, structural asset allocation, and physical corporate logistics tracking.
- Creative Development (Screenwriters, Script Editors, Script Continuity Specialists): Technical and creative copy specialists focused on high-fidelity dialogue drafting, structure polishing, and format compliance.
- Directing & Creative Leadership (Directors, Creative Directors): Visionaries with a heavy background in executing precise historical period aesthetics, visual tone consistency, and spatial design.
- Casting (Casting Directors, Casting Associates): Operators skilled in managing multi-tier casting frameworks, character breakdowns, and premium talent profile sourcing.
- Production Support (Production Assistants, Creative Interns): High-efficiency, adaptable operators looking to enter the engine room of structured media package development.
Core Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate aspects of film production, including scripting, storyboarding, filming schedules, and resource management.
- Operate and set up filming equipment such as cameras, lighting rigs, and sound gear to capture high-quality footage confidently while adhering to safety standards.
- Edit video content using industry-standard software like Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, and Avid to craft seamless narratives.
- Enhance videos with color correction, visual effects, motion graphics, and sound design using Adobe After Effects, Cinema 4D, Maya, and other processing tools.
- Manage post-production workflows including footage organization via Adobe Bridge, content management systems (CMS), and FTP protocols for efficient content delivery.
- Manage production budgets, financial reporting, grant research, and state/federal tax incentive programs while tracking expenditures and contract compliance.
- Collaborate across departments to prepare character breakdowns, coordinate auditions, maintain databases, and ensure historical, visual, and narrative consistency.
Required Qualifications & Credentials
- Travel, Logistics & Transportation: Applicants must possess a valid driver’s license, maintain a reliable form of independent transportation, and be fully prepared and able to travel across regional hubs (including Los Angeles, San Francisco, and various remote operating locations) as dictated by active production or development schedules.
- Studio & Lot Experience: Minimum of 3–5 years of verifiable experience operating on-site or in active development with various major film studios, independent production lots, networks, or agencies. Applicants must demonstrate a strong familiarity with studio-level production ecosystems, lot logistics, and studio asset management.
- Technical Mastery: Proven experience in video production and editing with a strong portfolio showcasing storytelling skills. Advanced proficiency across industry-standard production workflows and tools, including: Adobe Creative Cloud/Premiere Pro, After Effects, Avid Media Composer, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Cinema 4D, Autodesk Maya, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace.
- For Accounting/Finance: A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required (CPA, CFA, or specialized forensic accounting credentials highly preferred). Proven track record of successfully securing state/federal tax credits, navigating GAAP/IFRS standards, or auditing corporate grant compliance within entertainment frameworks.
- For Creative & Core Production: Active or prior affiliation with major industry guilds (WGA, DGA, PGA, or SAG-AFTRA compliance tracking) or a proven portfolio of completed commercial, independent, or studio-level project packages.
- Security & Discretion: Exceptional capability in protecting highly confidential corporate data, proprietary business assets, and high-value intellectual property.
- Execution Drive: A relentless, results-oriented operational style with the ability to manage strict project-based contracts, meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment, and maintain strong attention to detail.
