Our team is expanding in Cleveland and is looking for an Events Assistant (Event Sales Team) to support face-to-face promotional campaigns and community events. This opportunity is perfect for someone who enjoys meeting new people, thrives in energetic environments, and wants to develop valuable communication and sales skills while representing meaningful campaigns.

You'll work at retail locations, community events, and promotional activations, creating engaging customer experiences while supporting event sales objectives and campaign growth.

About the Role

As an Events Assistant (Event Sales Team), you'll play an important role in delivering engaging face-to-face experiences that connect customers with products, services, and promotional campaigns.

This is a customer-facing position where strong communication, enthusiasm, and professionalism are key to creating positive interactions and supporting campaign success.

Every event brings new people, new locations, and new opportunities to build confidence and develop transferable skills.

What You'll Be Doing

Engaging with customers at live events and promotional locations throughout Cleveland
Creating a welcoming and professional event environment
Explaining products, services, and promotional offers clearly and confidently
Supporting face-to-face sales conversations and customer registrations
Assisting with event setup, presentation standards, and breakdown
Working collaboratively with teammates to achieve daily event and sales goals
Providing excellent customer service while answering questions and resolving queries
Contributing ideas to improve customer engagement and overall event success
