Job Summary

We are looking for a friendly, dependable person to join our team as a Receptionist at Hoffman Manufacturing, Inc. You'll be one of the first people our customers interact with, so we're looking for someone who is welcoming, detail-oriented, and enjoys working in an office.

Responsibilities

Answer incoming phone calls and help direct customers to the right person.
Respond to customer emails.
Enter cuinstomer orders into our system.
Create and send customer invoices.
Help customers with questions about their orders.
Keep customer information and office files organized.
Keep the front office and reception area clean and tidy.
Receive mail and deliveries.
Help with other day-to-day office tasks as needed.

Experience

Minimum of 2 years of previous office, receptionist, or customer service experience.
Experience using Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, and Adobe Acrobat.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently.
