Job Duties include:

Greeting everyone who comes into the office
Answer phone calls and redirect them or log messages
Check voicemails
Assist with scheduling unit viewings
Respond to apartment ad inquiries
Receive mail and packages and distribute them
Check, sort and forward emails
Monitor office supplies
Maintain the list of keys for all properties, as well as the key log
File documents at the appropriate folders
Schedule and close out work orders
Assist property managers with their duties
Take up other duties as assigned

Job requirements:

Comfortable speaking on the phone
Capable of effectively managing a high volume of calls and addressing customer complaints
Fast and Pro-active employee
Good oral and written communication skills
Good organizational skills
Good time management
Computer skills including proficiency in Word and Excel
Crisis management skills
Capable of working in a fast pace environment
Bilingual (Spanish) is required.
